Job Description:
- To act as a Business Partner for HR working on the Digitization projects under HR function while being on the rolls with IT team.
- To support as an IT personnel on ongoing HR Digitization projects.
- Good knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Sharepoint
- Good working knowledge of excel, familiar with excel shortcuts, excel macros
- Good understanding of Project Management concepts
- Automation and Algorithm understanding
- Process flow understanding
