Job Description:

A telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to prospects, explaining business model, recording interest, filtering the leads and forwarding the leads to higher authority for closure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling : Make a specified number of outbound calls per day to prospects and existing clientele.
  • Customer Engagement : Introduce the company and explain model to prospects over the phone.
  • Sales : The person would be interacting with people from top management so they should be comfortable explaining the model and following up with people of that calibre.
  • Data Entry :  Accurately record client information and interactions in the company’s database.
  • Follow-Up:Schedule follow-up calls and manage client callbacks.
  • Lead Filteration: Should be able to segregate the high-prospect leads from the cold leads.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

*Requirements:*

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, MS office and phone systems.
  • Problem-Solving
  • Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues effectively.
