Job Description:
Designation : HR & Travel Administrator.
Location - Andheri.
Experience: 2.0 Year(s) To 7.0 Year(s).
Work Time - 9:30 - 6 pm.
Work Days - Monday to Friday and 1st and 3rd Saturday.
Week Off - Sundays and 2nd and 4th Saturday off.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation processes, including preparing the new hire documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Coordinate employee performance evaluation processes and maintain performance appraisal records
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services
- Research and identify the best travel options, considering factors such as cost, convenience, and company policies
- Prepare and distribute travel itineraries and other relevant documents to employees
- Monitor travel bookings and make necessary changes or updates to reservations as required
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures, as well as travel-related regulations and guidelines
- Manage travel-related expenses and reconcile travel invoices in a timely manner
- Assist employees with visa applications, travel insurance, and other travel-related documentation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Previous experience in HR administration and/or travel coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing HR and travel-related tasks
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of travel regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
