Role and responsibilities of a CRM
- Collecting and Analysing customer Data.
- Manage support contacts for individual accounts.
- On regular basis to make outbound calls.
- Developing New ways to meet customers Needs.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members.
- Build and maintain workflows for individual users or teams.
- Identify power users or high-value customers for special deals.
- Creating and executing retention campaigns.
- Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing, Customer Service and operations teams to improve the customer experience.
- Maintain and validate accurate records and reports of the market via CRM
- Provide Regular reports and MIS to the management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional Verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills.
- Analytical, data drive and problem- Solving Skills.
- Preferably multi-lingual (Should Know: Kannada, English, Tamil, Telugu) Any thing above this is a PLUS.
- Multitasking and Organizational Skills. / Technology skills in CRM software.
- Attentiveness and Patience.
- Time Management Skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Must reside with in 15 to 10kms Radius.
