JOB DESCPTION
Role and responsibilities of a CRM

  • Collecting and Analysing customer Data.
  • Manage support contacts for individual accounts.
  • On regular basis to make outbound calls.
  • Developing New ways to meet customers Needs.
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members.
  • Build and maintain workflows for individual users or teams.
  • Identify power users or high-value customers for special deals.
  • Creating and executing retention campaigns.
  • Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing, Customer Service and operations teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain and validate accurate records and reports of the market via CRM
  • Provide Regular reports and MIS to the management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills.
  • Analytical, data drive and problem- Solving Skills.
  • Preferably multi-lingual (Should Know: Kannada, English, Tamil, Telugu) Any thing above this is a PLUS.
  • Multitasking and Organizational Skills. / Technology skills in CRM software.
  • Attentiveness and Patience.
  • Time Management Skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Must reside with in 15 to 10kms Radius.
