Accounts Executive
Job Description:
1) Checking Purchase Bills /GRN.
2) Verified purchase invoices for smooth payment to creditors
3) Creditors aging management
4) Labor Job Inward, Outward & Account.
5) Statutory Compliances (GST /TDS).
6) GST related & all other statutory compliances
7) Preparing Estimate/Proforma Invoices/Issuing Cr. Note, Dr. Notes
8) Maintaining Accounts of Organised Retail customers.
9) Raw Material Consumption Account.
10) Production Record.
11) Maintain Petty Cash book & miscellaneous expenses of Factory.
12) Improve productivity.
13) Providing backup within the team when needed
Other Details:
Working days- 6 Days (Fridays Off)
Working time- 9:00 am - 07:00 pm
Work location – Asangaon
