Job Description:
Term Sheets for VPs review, submit to Legal and monitor status to ensure timely execution of contracts/amendments
Responsible for sales, negotiating and securing targeted deals and manage deals through the contract, product development and execution process
Developing and maintaining retail buyer relationships to assist licensees with buyer-level retail sell-in
Collaborate on retail initiatives and marketing for current film releases and library properties for targeted categories
Develop and manage relationships with new key licensees, distributors and retailer buyers while nurturing existing business relationships to assist with licensee sell- in, retail- sell in and sell through
Development of sales tools for licensees to ensure they are equipped with most recent property and key account information
Analytics – work with Licensing Director and Senior Manager, Hardlines to develop / improve tools that will ensure gap analysis in develop in a timely manner and communicate internally and externally
Finance lead for all licensing commercial support, generating insights with the aim of maximizing royalty income and sales team performance
Finance lead for supporting the operations and sourcing group’s cost-out initiatives, through the sharing of insights and managing tools to track performance
Full budgeting and tracking responsibility
