Procurement Analyst
Job Description:
We are in requirement of resource for the position - Procurement Category Specialist as briefed below, this is critical requirement and requires your special attention till completion of onboarding process. Job Title: Procurement Category Specialist (6-Month Contract)
Requirement:
- Single position available for Procurement Category Specialist.
- University Degree in related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in indirect procurement Services (ideally in Professional Services) and in corporate environment
- Comfortable at working with legal and contractual terms and language, organized, self-disciplined, driven, and timely in handling administration and paperwork associated with the job, bringing efficiency and speed to the process.
- Strong analytical, inference, problem-solving, negotiation, influencing and communication skills and capable of dealing with different (internal and external) stakeholders and working under pressure, managing time sensitive tasks.
- Competent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, SAP Ariba, Guided Buying.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of Professional Services – run eRfx for Consulting, Financial and Legal Services Categories by providing market information, analyzing, and evaluating the bids to determine the optimal value and negotiate statements of work or agreements with suppliers
- Interact and manage senior stakeholders within the Organization
- Close collaboration with the M&A Function to support their requests in speedy manner
- Execute implementation of Procurement Strategies in alignment with relevant category team and business stakeholders
- Purchase according to required needs, specification, price, delivery schedule and terms
- Provide market information, analyze, and evaluate bids in order to determine the optimal value and negotiate agreements and statements of work with suppliers
- Initiation and implementation of cost-out programs and/or processes to reach financial targets and recommend optimization solutions
- Coordinate supply orders, delivery, and invoice processing together with reports and updates in the systems
Work model: On site.
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Working time: Flexible but rather adjusted to CET time zone as majority of business stakeholders located in Europe same as suppliers. 9 hours
Working day: Mon to Friday
