Job Title: Mid-Level HR Recruiting Specialist
Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mid-Level HR Recruiting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end hiring process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for mid-level positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting advice.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a mid-level role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
