Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the designated zone.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Set sales targets and monitor the performance of the team, providing coaching and feedback as needed.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Stay updated with pharmaceutical industry regulations and ensure team compliance.

Promotional Activities:
- Plan and execute promotional activities, including product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.

- Manage the sales budget for the zone, ensuring cost-effective operations.
