Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Volume Hiring:
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization.
    • Manage volume hiring projects, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet business needs.
    • Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates.
  • Hustling & Sales Hiring:
    • Proactively engage with potential candidates
    • Focus on hiring for sales roles, understanding the specific skill sets and attributes required for success in sales positions.
    • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for sales roles.
  • Analytic Skills:
    • Utilize MS Excel to analyze recruitment data, track hiring metrics, and generate reports.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate recruitment insights and strategies to stakeholders.
    • Perform VLOOKUPs and other Excel functions to manage and interpret large datasets effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the retail, FMCG, D2C, or manufacturing sectors.
    • Leverage industry insights to enhance recruitment strategies and improve the candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing, volume hiring, and sales recruitment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and other advanced functions.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the retail, FMCG, D2C, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
