Planning Engineer

Job Description:

• Should have experience in the planning section of Civil construction/ Residential projects (residential is preferred).
• Experience in budgeting and costing for projects
• Have a good grasp of Excel to make reports as and when required.
• Preferred if the candidate has experience in the execution department handling all phases of a project from piling to finishing for a residential project.
• Experience in budgeting and costing for projects Have experience in contract handling
• Preferred if has experience working in MSP / Primavera

KRA

1. Preparation of Project Planning, Scheduling, and Monitoring of the Project 2
2. Prepare and publish all daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports as required.
3. Prepare budgets for all projects and monitor the same at regular intervals to ensure the project is completed within specified budgets
4. Prepare cash flows for the project and provide requirements on a regular basis
5. Coordinating with the Site Managers regarding the execution activities and coordinating with different departments to ensure the availability of resources to complete work as per the timeline
6. Coordination with the purchase team to ensure material planning is done
7. Coordinating with the Design & Architecture team and consultants to ensure the availability of drawings as per site requirement
