Position Title: Senior Manager Sales (Protec)

Job Location: Hyderabad

Grade: M2

Age: 35 to 40 Years

Total Experience Required: 12 - 15 years

Travel Required: Yes, on need based

Region to handle: AP and Telangana

Position reporting: Deputy General Manager

Education Essential & Preferred: Any Engg. Graduate / MBA with 12 + years’ experience in Industrial Consumables, Consumer durables such as Hardware, Paint, Adhesives or furnishing etc. background.

Job Description:

  • To generate requirement for the product by meeting perspective client and discussing with them about the product, its quality and benefits.
  • Relationship management with key Customers / Dealers.
  • New Market Development | Good knowledge of marketing activities such as scheme, loyalty programs, Marketing Apps.
  • Selling new products/Current products for new application by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends & results.
  • Meet sales and collection targets on monthly basis.
  • To understand customer requirements with respect to product and service and ensure same is met in co-ordination with plant, factory and distribution team to ensure timely dispatch.
  • MIS & Budgeting | Quotation & Negotiation Planning.
  • Keeping close watch on Competitors activities.
  • Managing, Guiding and Training to existing team and also build team for effective coverage of the territory.
