Job Description:

Position:          Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – Accounts

Location:         Piplod - Surat

Experience:     2 - 3  Years

Industries:      Chemical 

Responsibilities:

  • Costing Procedure
  • Develop and implement efficient costing procedures to ensure accurate and timely preparation of costing reports.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines for the preparation of costing reports, facilitating timely decision-making.
  • Implement strategies to reduce the average inventory aging, optimizing working capital utilization.
  • MIS
  • Generate Price Analysis Reports for raw materials, enabling informed procurement decisions.
  • Conduct analysis of finished goods (FG) pricing versus raw materials costs to identify opportunities for margin improvement.
  • Prepare and circulate yield and overhead spend analysis reports in a timely manner, providing insights for strategic planning.
  • Ensure timely clearance of invoices, minimizing delays and optimizing cash flow management.
  • Execution
  • Proactively identify areas of underperformance in inventory management and costs.
  • Develop and execute projects aimed at reducing inventory levels and operational costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive efficiency.
  • Audit
  • Coordinate the completion of audits within defined timelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work towards reducing audit observations related to annual cost sheets through meticulous documentation and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Implement corrective actions based on audit findings to enhance financial controls and mitigate risks.

Required Skills

  • Hands on SAP/Tally Experience.
  • Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
  • Logical thinking.
  • Good in communication.

Required Qualification: -  CA/CMA

Salary :- Upto 7.50 LPA
