Job Description:

Position:          Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – Finance & Accounts

Location:         Piplod - Surat

Experience:     2 - 3  Years

Industries:      Chemical 

Responsibilities:

  • Audit Management

  • Coordinate and oversee the completion of statutory audits, tax audits, and transfer pricing audits in accordance with predefined timelines.
  • Work closely with external audit firms to provide necessary documentation, answer inquiries, and facilitate the audit process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce audit observations and ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
  • ROC Compliance
  • Collaborate with the legal department to ensure timely online filing of various compliance returns, including related party transactions (RPT), deposits (DPT 3) and yearly XBRL filings.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of regulatory requirements and assist in the preparation of necessary documentation for regulatory filings.
  • Annual Report Validation
  • Validate financial statements for inclusion in the annual report, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to gather necessary data and supporting documents for the annual report.
  • ITR Validation
  • Validate financial statements for income tax return filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of necessary schedules and documentation for income tax filings.
  • Accounting Entries
  • Process accounting entries related to bank processing fees, other charges, and
  • GST credit entries, ensuring accurate recording and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Reports to ITA
  • Ensure correct and validated information is being submitted on Income tax.
  • Reporting portal within due dates and collect and provide such details to the report filer(consultant) to enable them to file this return/Report.
  • Tax Payment/Compliance - TCS
  • Ensure actual and correct liability related to TCS is being paid on monthly basis before due date and also provide requisite declaration to various suppliers and customers on demand for the purpose of compliance of Section 206C(1H) and Section 194Q of the Income Tax Act 1961.
  • ASI Returns
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of the Annual Survey Information (ASI) to the Statistical Department, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and deadlines.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to ASI submissions for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Gratuity Enrolment
  • Coordinate and handle overall process for employee group gratuity scheme.

Required Skills

  • Hands on SAP/Tally Experience.
  • Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
  • Logical thinking.
  • Good in communication.

Required Qualification: -  CA

Salary :- Upto 7.50 LPA
