Job Description:
  • Conceived and executes all new stream lined marketing and sales approaches.
  • Marketing of infusion therapy devices like central line, infusion Sets, IV Cannula.
  • Establishing the marketing/sales strategies for Pan India region for IV Cannula and IV Sets.
  • Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning, Sales strategies.
  • Single pointy of contact between QA and Sales Team Leading to further product improvement.
  • Provide Strategic direction to sales and effectively run marketing campaign, work shop, cme’s and group meeting/ demonstrations for the clients.
  • Continuously track industry news and keep up to date with the latest production terms of features, advantages and disadvantages of each product port folio.
  • Sales analysis, designing, conducting and concluding campaign to boost sales and medical training to field staff.
  • Create marketing collaterals like product presentation, cme’s and conduct events for brand awareness of various product lines.
  • Maintain satisfactory after sales relationship and development of long term customer relationships, coupled with the ability to identify capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
