Job Description:

Position:          Customer Service - Executive

Location:         Dahej - Bharuch

Experience:      6 - 8 Years

Industries:       Packaging

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:

  • To assume full responsibility for Customer Services by:
  • Providing a full customer services function maintaining customer liaison, contracts management, customer code creation, Item code creation, sales order creation, order entry, customer claims entry, delivery organization, returns, credit, and customer administration utilizing the Company ERP and systems.
  • Logistics:
  • To assume responsibility for the Logistics function by:
  • Ensuring monthly forecast is entered into AX within specified timelines. 
  • Liaising with the Demand Planner and Logistics functions of the Indian Plant on all aspects of supply chain management.
  • Invoicing:
  • Manage invoicing and credit collection:
  • Sharing shipment documents to customer. 
  • Track payments and manage credit collection activities in line with guidelines provided by CFO.
  • Dispatching:
  • Liaise on a routine basis with warehouse & manufacturing to ensure efficient picking and dispatch of customer orders.
  • Monitor interface and ensure that all transactions are correctly entered and tracked in the system.
  • Ensure periodical monitoring of the service level of products delivery from the warehouse to the customer.
  • Claims & Returns:
  • Receive, analyze and solve claims received from customer about products and or delivery.
  • Inform the Sales Manager about claims received in order to agree on next steps.
  • Liaise with Quality, Sales, Marketing, Distribution to perform technical analyses and solve problems.
  • Prepare and manage credit letters.
  • Product Returns:
  • According to Head of Commercial decision, manage the return process; liaising with customers, Sales Manager, Warehouse; making the necessary stock adjustments and arranging physical return of goods.
  • Sales Data, Terms & Conditions:
  • Enter customer data into ERP, ensure periodical updating of data, payment terms and conditions and discounts received from the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure all master data records are updated.
  • Ensure all customer pricing records are current.
  • Ensure all product batch records are maintained.
  • Ensure that personal knowledge on procedures and systems supporting sales processes is continuously updated.
  • Support Quality & Tests:
  • The Customer Service interface and support Quality Dept while performing Tests and quality controls of products to be delivered to clients or while managing customer’s claims on delivered goods.
  • Registered customer claim in AX.
  • Support to Sales & Commercial Manager:
  • The Customer Service Officer ensure administrative support to the Sales Manager to facilitate the organization of travel and missions across Asia. The role manages monthly time & expense sheets of the Sales Manager and support him in managing mailing and phone calls receiving when he cannot do it directly.

Required Skills

  • High fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • knowledge of Letter of Credit in international trade.
  • knowledge of International trade terms – INCOTERM.
  • Knowledge of required Documentation for custom clearance for the Area Asia Pacific.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Very Organized and structured work approach.
  • Knowledge of Fiscal and Accounting principle of Asia & Pacific Area.
  • Advanced proficiency of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) and ERP knowledge.

Required Qualification: - BBA 

Salary :- Upto 7.00 LPA
