Job Description:

Job overview: An experienced person and a visionary, to lead our Sales and Marketing Teams across the Southern Region.  The person must have varied experience of over 15 years in various building material companies in South India and should have launched at least one new product in the last 5 years. The ideal candidate will be positively under 45 years of age and should have a strong understanding of the building material market, dealing with premium products and handling channel management strategies.  He will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing / sales strategies and create a brand image of the product. He will also optimize our channel management process and create an engaging retail experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive Sales through the state Sales Head and their teams. Monitor them and set ambitious targets and achieve them
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for a higher market reach
  • Oversee the channel management process and ensure brand building
  • Oversee the design and implementation and execution of branding strategies
  • Build relationship with “A” class customers and influencers like architects

Required Skills: 

  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in retail industry / building material.
  • Proficiency in Advance Excel is preferred. 

Qualification: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field;
  • Masters  and  Engineering degree preferred

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in companies related with premium building material products with a proven track record
