Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • The duties of a Collections Associate includes collection calls and sending reminders via email.
  • Analyze Credit report and provide recommendations to controller for credit worthiness.
  • Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review accounts adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.
  • Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with Billing and cash applications team.
  • Review and Release orders

Essential Functions

  • Weekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor
  • Monthly Delinquency notices
  • Processing monthly credit memos and the appropriate reporting
  • High volume phone calls to assigned delinquent customers
  • Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due
  • Internal and External customer interface
  • Participate in team planning meetings
  • Meet defined department goals and activity metrics

Required Skills

  • 4-5 years High Volume corporate Collections and Credit Analysis experience.
  • Knowledge of Credit Management and Collections procedures
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

Work Environment:

  • Work from home and work form Bangalore office once in a quarter for a week, occasional overtime may be required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Shift & Working Days: US Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM5 Days working (Monday to Friday)
