Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Telephone Operator to join our team in Mumbai. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle the telephone EPABX board efficiently and ensure smooth communication within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the telephone EPABX board.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally.
- Transfer calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Take and relay messages accurately.
- Assist callers with queries and provide information as needed.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
