Job Description:

A Mechanical Shift Incharge (Coal Washery) is responsible for overseeing the mechanical aspects of a coal washery plant during their designated shift. This role involves supervising the maintenance and operation of all mechanical equipment, ensuring its smooth functioning, and troubleshooting any mechanical issues that arise. They also play a key role in maintaining safety standards and coordinating with other departments to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising Mechanical Operations:

Overseeing the operation and maintenance of all mechanical equipment in the coal washery plant during the assigned shift.
Equipment Maintenance:

Ensuring that all mechanical equipment is functioning correctly, performing routine maintenance, and coordinating repairs as needed.
Troubleshooting:

Identifying and resolving mechanical issues that arise during the shift, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
Safety Management:

Implementing and enforcing safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel, and conducting regular safety checks.
Production Support:

Collaborating with other departments to meet production targets, providing technical support, and ensuring the efficient operation of the plant.
Shift Handover:
