Administrative Executive Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive of staff member
- Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
- Managing housekeeping, canteen service , general repair & maintenance at site
- Sales Centre and Sample Flat are maintained (aesthetics and cleanliness).
- Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
Other details:
- Work Timings – 9am - 6pm
- Working Days – Mon to Sat (Sun fixed off),
- Job Location- Byculla Site
- Payroll Company- Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd (1 year renewable contract basis on performance)
- Industry- Real Estate or Facility management.
- Benefits- PF, Insurance included in salary
- Knowledge of office management system and procedure (vendor management, housekeeping, repair and maintenance, events, etc)
