Job Description:

  • Administrative Executive Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
      • Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive of staff member
      • Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
      • Managing housekeeping, canteen service , general repair & maintenance at site
      • Sales Centre and Sample Flat are maintained (aesthetics and cleanliness).
      • Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
      • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.

 

Other details:

  • Work Timings – 9am - 6pm
  • Working Days –  Mon to Sat (Sun fixed off),
  • Job Location- Byculla Site
  • Payroll Company- Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd (1 year renewable contract basis on performance)
  • Industry- Real Estate or Facility management.
  • Benefits- PF, Insurance included in salary 
  • Knowledge of office management system and procedure (vendor management, housekeeping, repair and maintenance, events, etc)
