Job Description:
- Handle collection analysis.
- Prepare & publish analytical reports for Sr. Management.
- Develop strong reporting base.
- Set up trend analysis and forecasting module.
- Prepare database for presentation for Sr. Management.
- Analytical skills & ability to interpret data.
- Handle large amount of data.
- Special Drives / Focus areas reports for field.
- Prepare data for appraisals.
- Prepare Adhoc reports for management.
- Resolve data / process related queries from field especially for senior level employees.
- Knowledge of any programming language, SQL & Excel is must.
- SPOC person for Collection & Legal related projects.
- Should take initiatives for setup new process / projects.
- Should have knowledge of end-to-end Collection process.
- Play role of technical support for team.
- Good interaction with Sr. Management.
- Should work under extreme pressure & tight deadlines.
