  • Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Team Building and Management:
• • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Marketing and MIS:
• • Utilize Management Information Systems (MIS) for effective decision-making.
  • Implement and manage marketing campaigns.
