Position: Sr. Recruiter
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2 - 5 Years
Industries: Packaging
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct resume screenings, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Collaborate with department heads on staffing needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and orientation for new hires.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain HR records, ensure compliance, and prepare HR reports.
- Support HR projects, training programs, and administrative tasks.
