Timings : 6:30 PM 4:00 AM IST
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical roles, including software developers, project managers, and QA/testers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and candidates.
- Utilize advanced recruitment tools and techniques to attract top talent.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Provide a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in technical recruitment, preferably within IT staffing.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with ATS, job boards, and social media recruiting.
- Networking: Strong ability to build relationships and a robust network within the tech industry.
- Driven: A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for excellence.
