Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor HR compliance policies.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments.
- Provide compliance training and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments on compliance strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field. Advanced degree or certification preferred.
- 10 years of HR compliance experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
