Job Description:

The Graphic Designer, Visual Merchandiser & 3D Renderer is a multifaceted role that integrates graphic design, visual merchandising, and 3D rendering expertise to create compelling visual experiences that enhance the customer journey and drive sales. This position involves designing engaging graphics for marketing materials, developing innovative in-store displays, and utilizing 3D design tools to visualize and execute store layouts and promotional displays. The role demands a creative professional who can blend artistic vision with practical design skills to align with the brand’s standards and objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Display Creation:

  1. Develop and execute visually appealing merchandise displays that align with seasonal promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Design store layouts and product arrangements to maximize customer engagement and drive sales.

Brand Consistency:

  1. Ensure all visual merchandising aligns with the brand’s guidelines and aesthetic. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to integrate promotional materials and themes effectively. 

Sales Optimization:

  1. Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to optimize visual displays and product placements. Implement strategies to enhance store traffic and boost sales through effective visual presentation.

Store Setup and Maintenance:

  1. Oversee the setup and maintenance of visual displays and fixtures. Ensure that all displays are maintained to a high standard, with regular updates and adjustments as needed.

Training and Collaboration:

  1. Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and practices. Work closely with store managers and teams to coordinate visual merchandising efforts and ensure consistency across locations.

Market Trends and Research:

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, visual merchandising, and 3D rendering.
  • Conduct research to identify new design techniques and innovative approaches to enhance visual presentations and customer engagement.

Inventory Management:

  • Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure merchandise levels are sufficient for visual displays.
  • Manage and allocate design resources and materials efficiently to support various projects.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in Visual Merchandising or retail display.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Auto-CAD & 3Ds Max / 3D modeling tools).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and store requirements.

 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Working Conditions:

May require occasional evening or weekend work.

Physical ability to lift and move merchandise, and stand for extended periods.
