Job Description:
Lead generation and identification of prospects within UK and China market
ï‚· Handing client account/balance enquiries from current Chinese clients
ï‚· Outbound sales activity and commercial management of opportunities
ï‚· Full management of incoming sales enquiries from Chinese customers and
partners
ï‚· Providing verbal and written product and service information to clients in
Mandarin and English
ï‚· Registration of clients (Chinese and English)
ï‚· Ensure utilization of etailer accounts and reactivation or closure of non-active
accounts
ï‚· Physical booking of contracts on Currencies Direct’s proprietary trading system
ï‚· Manage all activity via the company’s CRM system – SalesForce (including
overall management of etailers globally on SF)
ï‚· Create and manage activity reports for project managers
ï‚· Co-ordinate with UK Dealing desk, back office and other relevant business units
ï‚· Co-ordinate activities with partners and China desk in Shanghai
ï‚· Manage the Etailer China email account
