Sr. Executive-Domestic Sales (from Travel Company)

Looking for Sr Executive-Domestic Sales with 2-3 years of experience.

Salary Range- 30k – 40k

Responsibilities:

Driving sales of Domestic packages

Designing itineraries, vacation packages, costing and hotel booking

Fostering existing relationships and developing new ones

Monitoring competitors’ activities and collecting data

Desired Profile

Enthusiastic with Good Communication Skills.

Good knowledge of destinations, suppliers & hotels.

Client handling skills, itinerary making & costing, selling of packages.

Should be highly sales oriented

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, including individuals and businesses, to promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads from various sources, including online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their travel needs, provide information on travel products, and offer suitable recommendations.

  • Sales Process Management: Follow up on leads and sales opportunities, manage the sales process from initial contact to booking confirmation, and ensure all customer queries are addressed.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and bookings in the company’s CRM system.

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, products, and services to effectively communicate benefits and differentiate from competitors.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle complaints or issues professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.

Experience: Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.

Knowledge: Understanding of travel products, destinations, and booking processes.
