Area Sales Manager
Job Description:
- Work with existing customers to ensure a continued high level of service is provided
- Ensures Customer Relationship Management process is applied to Customers within assigned territory
- To ensure capacity utilization by recruiting FLS as per the manpower budget.
- To ensure adherence to recruitment criteria and process set by the company.
- To ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
- To ensure Business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS) , Lead Utilization and conversion are tracked, maintained and reviewed on daily basis.
- To identify Training Requirement of FLS and handhold via L&D Manager or personally conduct them as and when required..
- To conduct periodic review of FLS.
