Job Description:
Responsibilities:
-Design and develop molds for various manufacturing processes, including injection molding, blow molding, and compression molding.
-Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings of molds using CAD software.
-Analyze product specifications and develop mold designs that meet quality and production requirements.
-Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize mold designs for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
-Ensure that molds meet all safety and regulatory standards.
-Modify existing molds to improve performance or accommodate design changes.
-Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during mold setup and production.
-Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mold design technology.
-Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
