Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Assistant to provide administrative support to accountants and Senior Accountant. He /She will handle various tasks related to financial record-keeping, reporting, and bookkeeping.
Working Hours: 09.30am to 6.30pm / Working Days - Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Create and update expense reports.
- Process reimbursement forms.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
- Review and file payroll documents.
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
Requirements and Skills:
- Work experience 1 to 2 years as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk alike.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiarity with finance regulations like TDS, IT, GST, PT, etc.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and Tally accounting software.
- Organization skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- B’Com or Specialised in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
