Job Description:
- SF Troubleshooting
- Conduct system testing and assist in resolving any issues identified.
- Act as SuccessFactors subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on processes configured in the system.
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors' product-suite.
- Recommend best practice considerations in overall module configuration, business process or module design.
- Position Management through SF
- Managing Position IDs
- Ensure delimiting PIDs on time.
- Involvement in UATs of New Projects
