Position: Asst./Dy. Secretary
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5 - 6 Years
Industries: Plastic
Responsibilities:

Experience of working in Profit Center Organization in Responsible Position with full accountability and responsibility.
- Must have experience of Interacting with Central & State Government Officials and participating effectively in Government Meetings. Ability to make technical and commercial presentations to the Government.
- Must have experience of organizing Seminars, Webinars, International Exhibitions and Conferences.
- Experience in publishing ‘Association Journals’ / Magazines within deadlines.
- Result Oriented personality with Proven Expertise in Marketing & Sales. Should have knack of getting advertisements for the monthly digital magazine.
- Should be fully conversant with Accounts & Finance – knowledge of taxation, accounts, Registrar of Companies, Audit necessary.
- Should have good command on written & spoken English.
- Must have technical background.
- Organizing Board Meetings; Preparation of Minutes of the Meetings.
- Maintaining deadlines for Online Payments of Taxes, Filing Returns.
- Should be a good administrator and moral character.
Required Skills
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Good emailing & virtual & verbal communication skills
Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
Salary :- Upto 10.00 LPA
