Duties and Responsibilities:

- Make cold calls: Reach out to potential customers to introduce and promote our products.
- Assist with sales: Help sell products by explaining their benefits, answering questions, and guiding customers through the buying process.
- Understand customer needs: Find out what customers need by asking the right questions and listening carefully.
- Recommend products: Suggest products that fit the customer’s needs based on what they tell you.
- Follow up: Check in with customers and prospects regularly to build relationships and keep them informed.
