Job Description:

Designation - Invoice Management Executive

  1. Office location - Kurla
  2. Working days – Monday to Friday
  3. Work timing – 08:00 am to 05:00 Pm
  4. Gender – Male

Responsibilities:

    • Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and process invoices in a timely manner, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with company policies.
    • Verification: Verify invoice details against purchase orders and delivery receipts, including quantities, pricing, and terms.
    • Discrepancy Resolution: Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices, including liaising with vendors and internal departments to correct errors.
    • Data Entry: Enter invoice details into the accounting system accurately and efficiently.
    • Documentation: Maintain organized records of invoices, purchase orders, and related documents for audit and reference purposes.
    • Payment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling payments based on invoice terms and company cash flow.
    • Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors to address queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth processing of invoices.
    • Reconciliation: Assist in monthly and quarterly reconciliation of accounts payable and vendor statements.
    • Reporting: Generate and review reports related to invoices, payments, and vendor activity as required by management.
    • Compliance: Ensure all invoices comply with company policies, including tax regulations and approval processes.

Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) or a related field.
    • Experience: Previous experience in invoice management or accounts payable is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Skills:
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and basic accounting software (SAP).
      • Good organizational and time management skills.
      • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
      • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attributes:
      • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
      • Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
