Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Funnel Manager to join our growing
internet broadband company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire customer
acquisition process, from generating leads to closing sales. You will play a crucial part in optimizing
our sales funnel, maximizing conversions, and achieving ambitious sales targets

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement strategies to attract potential customers across various online and
offline channels.
• Analyze customer data and market trends to identify target audiences and optimize lead
generation campaigns.
• Manage and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth and informative
customer journey.
• Oversee the qualification process for leads, ensuring only qualified leads are passed on to
the sales team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content and offers that resonate
with target audiences.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of the sales funnel and identify areas
for improvement.
• Implement A/B testing and data-driven approaches to optimize the sales funnel for maximum
conversion rates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure a
seamless lead generation process.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest internet broadband industry trends and adapt strategies
accordingly.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

7+ years of experience or 5+ Years of experience if they did their MBA from good institute.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
(preferred)
• A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) are a
plus.

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCY

• Proven track record of increasing lead generation and conversion rates.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Passion for the internet broadband industry and a strong understanding of customer needs.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCY

• Experience in the internet broadband industry.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• A data-driven and results-oriented mindset
