Position: Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable)

Salary Range: Basis current package and caliber 
Location: BKC, Mumbai
Work Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM 
Working Days: Mon-Fri 

Job Description:

As an Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable), you will be responsible for managing and processing vendor invoices, supporting the accounting team, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee expense claims.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Invoice Booking:

   • Process vendor invoices through the SAP system (VIM and Workflow), ensuring they match with Purchase Orders (POs), Agreements, or Rate Contracts.
   • Knowledge of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax) is highly beneficial to ensure compliance during the invoice booking process.

2. Team Support:

   • Assist the team with daily operational tasks, including preparing reports and managing the MIS (Management Information System) for smooth functioning of accounts payable operations.

3. Employee Expense Claim Processing:

   • Verify and process employee expense claims (both for Head Office and field staff) in line with the company’s policies, either via the Concur System or manually.
   • Ensure timely processing of claims while maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

• Experience working with SAP (VIM and Workflow).
• Familiarity with TDS and GST regulations.
• Proficiency in managing and processing employee expense claims.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
