KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Merchandising: Organizing products for display on the website to maximize sales and meet business objectives. Manage online product listings across multiple marketplaces.
- Content Management: Ensuring that product images, descriptions, and other content are accurate, visually appealing, and up-to-date.
- Promotion and Campaign Management: Planning and executing promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and increase conversion rates.
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring product availability and making real-time adjustments to the online catalogue to avoid stockouts and ensure optimal inventory levels. Maintenance of proper records for individual garment styles.
- Personalization and Customer Segmentation: Utilizing customer data and analytics to personalize the online shopping experience, recommend products, and create targeted offers for different customer segments
- Site Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Analyzing site performance metrics, user behaviour, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop category strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Ensure that each channel has the right product range based on sales analysis
- Order Planning: Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely order placement. Ensure timely inventory management and stock replenishment.
Skills Required:
- Excellent people and communication skills as partner relationships are key to this role.
-Proficiency in advance excel & other computer skills
- Knowledge in marketplace models and how to increase sales.
