Job Description:
Responsibilities
1.Required Qualification- M COM / MBA Pod Planning / BE Mechanical
2. Required Experience - Minimum 5 to 7 Years in Manufacturing Industries Like Small Scale/Middle scale Industries
3. Knowledge – Preference of Plastic Molding Industries, Raw Material Procurement for Manufacturing Ind (Engineering Material), Having Good Communication Skill with Customer and Supplier, Having Knowledge of Inventory Control.
4. Location of experience – Any Place of Manufacturing Industries.
5. Knowledge of Languages – English, Hindi, Marathi
6. Knowledge of Computer – Drafting Mail , Good Hand in MS Excel, ERP Software
7. Expected salary – 3 to 5 CTC
Responsibilities
Purchase Responsibilities:
Vendor Management: Negotiating with suppliers and maintaining relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials or goods.
Procurement Planning: Developing purchase strategies, analyzing demand forecasts, and ensuring stock levels meet company needs without overstocking.
Cost Control: Ensuring cost-effective buying strategies, finding the best deals while maintaining quality.
Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, ensuring timely restocking, and managing slow-moving or excess inventory.
Contract Management: Reviewing and managing contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Quality Control: Ensuring purchased goods meet the company’s quality standards and specifications.
Sales Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Assisting in the development and implementation of sales plans to meet targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting: Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and reporting on trends and sales figures to senior management.
Sales Team Support: Assisting the sales team in managing leads, closing deals, and following up with clients to ensure repeat business.
Market Analysis: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities and improve strategies.
