Job Description:
- Supervise Sites, Travel, Gueshouse, Housekeeping & Maintenance staff by determining workloads & schedules.
- Supervise the security arrangements.
- Handling HR related responsibilities'
- Ensure the canteen facilities are provided as per the policy.
- Supervise and handle the transport arrangement of staff & workers.
- Ensure the staff is trained in complex maintenance activities and follow the standard operating procedures.
- Interact with other regulatory departments to formulate and arrange plans to update systems and reduce operating costs by ensuring optimum utilization of resources.
- Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. Government Officials, GEB, Licensing Authorities, Local Police and Law Enforcement Authorities
- Handle emergencies & manage crisis.
- Manage vendors, involve in negotiations, ensure the services are rendered within the timeline and follow up on their payments.
- Spearheading manpower outsourcing, vendor management includes finalization & execution of rate contract/AMC with cost efficiency.
- Conceptualization and successful execution of day-to-day administrative work.
- Arranging Meetings & providing hospitality service (Out door and in door)
- Liaised with Vendors and Agencies for signing effective corporate deals and contracts for AMCs.
- Vendor management and monitoring smooth functioning or delivery on timelines.
- Ensuring smoothing functioning of Travel Booking, House Keeping of plants and offices, Guest House etc.
- Maintain Good Housekeeping inside and outside of factory.
- Monitoring and managing transport, canteen, security, garden, house-keeping.
- Implemented & enforced regulatory controls, facility inspection & process management.
- Leading complete administrative arrangements for the organizational Events like Trainings, Seminars & Corporate meeting.
