Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Operations Manager for a reputed company in Hospitality Industry at Mumbai (Andheri(W)) Location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Club Operations Managers ensure the safe and efficient operation of sporting clubs, Health Clubs, Swimming Pools and Banquet Halls.
- They roster and coordinate staff and manage inventory to deliver food and beverages, entertainment, gaming and other amenities to members and visitors.
- Develop and implement club policies and procedures.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the club.
- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Organize and coordinate club activities.
- Maintain and build relationships with members and other stakeholders.
