Job Description:

The CAPEX Business Development Head will be responsible for leading and executing CleanMax’s business development
strategy for CAPEX projects across India. This includes driving business growth in the renewable energy sector,
particularly in solar and wind EPC projects. The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing relationships with
key stakeholders, and ensuring that CleanMax achieves its financial and market share objectives in the CAPEX space

Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Business Development Strategy:
• Develop and lead the implementation of the business development strategy for CAPEX projects in the wind and
solar EPC sector across India.
• Drive the expansion of CleanMax’s portfolio by identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new business
opportunities in line with company goals.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in renewable energy, ensuring
CleanMax remains competitive.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including industrial and commercial clients, government
bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Lead contract negotiations with clients and partners, ensuring that CleanMax's interests are well-represented
and agreements are commercially favorable.
• Act as the main point of contact for large-scale CAPEX projects and manage high-level client interactions.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation:
• Achieve business growth targets by driving CAPEX project sales and ensuring profitability.

• Develop and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities and client
engagements.
• Prepare and present high-level proposals, financial models, and business cases to potential clients, securing
long-term partnerships.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with technical, procurement, legal, and project teams to ensure the successful execution of
CAPEX projects.
• Work with finance and legal teams to structure deals that are financially viable and legally sound.
5. Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure
high performance.
• Ensure team members are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and deliver on key performance
indicators (KPIs).
6. Market Analysis & Intelligence:
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities, potential clients, and emerging trends in
renewable energy CAPEX projects.
• Provide insights to senior management on competitive positioning, market dynamics, and client needs.
7. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
• Prepare regular reports on business development performance, pipeline status, and market intelligence for
senior leadership.
• Monitor progress against targets and ensure timely execution of business plans.
8. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure all CAPEX business development activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and company
policies.
• Identify and manage risks associated with project execution, client contracts, and market dynamics.
