Job Description:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As Sales resource, the candidate is expected to deliver the following responsibilities.
  • Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets.
  • Customer communication, face to face / over the phone/ Email.
  • Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
  • Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers.
  • Work closely and update the sales plans using sales pipeline.
  • Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
  • Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature.
  • Software products sales to the manufacturing industry CXOs and Sr Management.
  • Frequent customer visits and lead generation by visiting/cold calling /emails .

Requirements:

  • Industry : Manufacturing, (Preferred Tyre/ Food/ Battery Industry)
  • Domain : Software Sales (Preferred- MES, Industry 4.0, IoT)
  • Tool : Excel, MS – Office CRMS
  • Work Experience : 3 to 6 Years
  • Others : Sales/ Business Development
  • Qualification : BE / B. Tech (Preferred - MBA)
  • Technology : Preferred - MES, MOM, WMS, LIMS
  • Reporting :  Preferred - Tableau/ Power BI
