Job Description:

 Developing and Managing team.
 Make strategic planning to grow Business for the all B2C & B2B Branches.
 Advising clients on profitable Investment opportunities for Equity, Commodity and currency
products
 Keeping in touch with customers through personal visits, telephone calls and correspondence.
 Creating cross sell and up sell opportunities.
 Identifying, acquiring, developing and maintaining customer relationships.
 Delivering excellent customer support.
 Planning projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities.
 Maintaining up to date knowledge of competitor activity, products and services.
 Attending and contributing at sales meetings.
 Measuring customer satisfaction levels.
 Answering product related questions from customers.
 Taking on complex customer issues and resolving them.


Core Responsibilities:-
 Managing team and its activities
 Responsible for developing and increasing overall market share across all the segment
 Identifying prospective and generating business from the existing & new clients thereby
achieving business targets
 Individual HNI clients sales target
 Make strategic planning to grow business & managing relationships with HNI clients &
retail clients
 Negotiating mutually profitable Investment opportunities with clients by creating cross
sell and up sell opportunities
 Planning projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities.
 Attending and contributing at sales meetings
 Measuring customer satisfaction levels
