Job timing: 10 to 7 (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: 20-25k depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including calls, emails, and social media.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and follow up on leads promptly.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and property showcases to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
