As a Senior SND Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in growing the company’s
Same Day/Next Day Delivery service portfolio by driving sales, acquiring new clients, and
expanding relationships with existing customers. This position requires a seasoned sales
professional with a strong understanding of logistics, last-mile delivery, and customer service in
a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of the delivery industry, proven experience in sales and
business development, and a network of contacts in relevant sectors. You will be responsible for
creating strategies to capture new market opportunities, negotiating high-value contracts, and
consistently exceeding revenue targets.

What duties does the job involve?

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue
growth for SND services.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and close new
clients, while maintaining strong relationships with key existing accounts.

Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors that rely
on same-day/next-day delivery, such as retail, e-commerce, healthcare, and more.

Pipeline Management: Effectively manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring
clear forecasting and timely deal closure.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer service, and
product teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Negotiations & Contracts: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial
agreements and long-term contracts.

Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, track
performance metrics, and present results to senior management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of proven sales experience in logistics, transportation, or last-mile delivery, with a focus on
same-day/next-day services.
Strong understanding of the delivery ecosystem, including trends, challenges, and competitive
landscape.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Experience using CRM software for pipeline management and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
Established network in industries such as retail, e-commerce, or healthcare that frequently use SND
services.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and client demands.
Analytical skills to assess market trends and drive innovative sales strategies.
