Job Description:
1. Power Plant Manager:
-
Oversees overall power plant operations, maintenance and personnel.
-
Ensures reliable, efficient and safe power generation.
-
Develops and implements operational strategies and budgets.
2. Operations Supervisor:
-
Supervises day-to-day operations, including monitoring and controlling systems.
-
Coordinates maintenance activities and ensures compliance with regulations.
-
Trains and evaluates operational staff.
3. Control Room Operator:
-
Monitors and controls power generation, transmission and distribution systems.
-
Responds to system anomalies and implements corrective actions.
-
Maintains accurate records and logs.
4. Maintenance Supervisor:
-
Oversees maintenance activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
-
Ensures compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
-
Develops and implements maintenance procedures.
5. Maintenance Technician:
-
Performs routine and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems.

Conducts inspections and troubleshooting.

Assists in planning and executing maintenance projects.
6. Electrical Engineer:
-
Designs, develops and implements electrical systems and upgrades.

Ensures electrical safety and compliance.

Troubleshoots electrical issues.
7. Mechanical Engineer:
