The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks. She will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and generating new business leads through cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations, including tracking leads and managing client relationships.
Handle customer inquiries and provide them with information about our services.
Coordinate sales appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients.
Cold calling potential clients to generate leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and deal closures.
Support in preparing sales reports and presentations.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, or cold calling is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
