Position: Welder Fabrication Supervisor
Location: Takwe - Pune
Experience: 5 - 8 Years
Industries: Rubber
Responsibilities:
- Supervise fabrication teams, providing guidance and training.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards.
- Pipeline Welding Mattel Steel welding
- Handling team of 6-7 Member
- Inspect welding work, identifying defects and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records (welder certifications, inspection reports, etc.)
- Collaborate with quality control and production planning teams.
Required Skills:
- Supervise fabrication operations
- Pipe Welding
- Metal & Steel welding
- Ensuring quality
- Certify welders
- Inspect welding work
- Maintain compliance with industry standards
Required Qualification: - Any Diploma
